It's been almost a year! Phew 😅, I was robbed and then lots happened but I'm glad to be back.

How's everyone doing?

I just rounded off my training on IT Support where I learnt;
1) Good customer service and relationship

2) Telemarketing/ Telesales skills which included cold and warm calls.

3) Live chats-the dos and don'ts

4) Complaints resolution

5) Time management

6) Mail scheduling

7) Google Workspace uses

8) Use of CRM tools like Hubspot, Zendesk and much more have been added to my knowledge list.

Now, I can function as a Virtual Assistant, Telemarketer, Time Management Executive, Customer support, and Social Media Manager/marketer.

I am still your Medical Insurance Officer with over 5 years of experience.

So, my house is close to my office. It was break time and I was hungry.

I went home to eat. I cooked this peppery soup that nearly killed me last night...🙄. I was just adding pepper anyhow.

Soooo, I went home to eat o. I lit the gas cooker to boil water for garri while that was going on, I decided to check the fishes in the soup and say hi to them.

I've finished licking the soup, water for garri has boiled and I'm here looking at the empty pot.

Please advice me on what to do. Should I make the garri and chew it like that or I should go back to the office.
